hotel overlooked city and the room was budget and neat. location: the property was short walk to restaurants, markets, and all the construction. it also was in the middle of jackson. there were climate control, television, and a fridge in the room, really enjoyed that.

The budget-friendly and tidy room was satisfying. The room had hairdryers, a bidet, and a walk-in shower. I found everything exceptional and would choose this place again on my next trip to Mecca

I would like to express my gratitude to Receptionist Hameed Alyazaidy for his generous service, cooperative nature, and always providing helpful answers. The location of the hotel is excellent, only a short 5-minute taxi ride from Haram. The occasional shuttle service to Haram is also convenient. Furthermore, the private parking facilities with ample space on 3 floors are a great advantage. The hotel itself is big, clean, and provides an excellent service.
Can honestly say there wasn't anything not to like.

The hotel had a great location, just a short drive from the main tourist attractions. The occasional shuttle service to the attractions was a bonus, making it easy to explore the city. the hotel had private parking with plenty of space, which was convenient for guests with their own vehicles.
It was difficult to communicate and get assistance when needed. Another downside was the housekeeping service, which was inconsistent and required multiple requests to get the room cleaned.

Best aspects of my xmas stay were the convenient location, just a short distance away from the main attractions in the city, making it easy to explore. the hotel also offered free shuttle services, making it even more convenient to get around. Another advantage that I enjoyed was the cleanliness of the hotel, with well-maintained rooms and common areas.
Worst aspects of my xmas stay were the lackluster reception attendance and staff behavior. They were unable to speak English and showed a lack of interest in assisting guests.

The location of the hotel was great, as it was just a short taxi ride away from the Haram. The occasional shuttle service to the Haram was also convenient. Additionally, the private parking with plenty of space on three floors was a plus.
Despite some minor issues with the cleanliness of the towels and water on the bathroom floor, overall our room was good and comfortable. The hotel's facilities were clean and well-maintained.
